Conformable® Sucoform® Utiform® Flexiform® - These trade names all refer to a similar class of microwave coaxial cable.  The core of the cable, center conductor and Teflon® dielectric, is based on the same core used in high frequency, high performance semi-rigid coax cable.  The shield is a tin dipped copper braid, or a composite tin dipped braid over copper foil.  This shielding technique results in a relatively flexible, hand formable cable that is easily bent without the need for specialized tooling.

Koaxis will process your Conformable®, Sucoform®, Utiform®, and Flexiform® coax cables to your specifications using automated cutting and stripping machines capable of holding close tolerances.  If you would like Koaxis to form the cables, we have both manual and CNC bending machines to meet all your complex fabrication requirements.  This cable is also excellent for PC board jumpers and for time-delay lines.
