Koaxis stocks a large selection of semi-rigid coax cable for fabrication to your requirements using our cutting, stripping and bending machines capable of holding very tight tolerances.

Cutting - Our semi-rigid cable cutting machines are capable of holding tolerances of ±.001” , or better; Ideal for building phase matched assemblies.

Stripping – Our stripping machines are capable of doing single strips to the center conductor and two step strips to expose the center conductor and dielectric.  We can strip cable diameters as small as .013 and as large as .325.

Bending – We have a variety of tools, fixtures and automatic bending machines to accommodate your simple and complex bend configurations at all volume levels.

Custom bent cable assemblies – Koaxis builds custom bent semi-rigid cable assemblies to your print.  Please contact us to provide drawings for quotation.  Koaxis has all the necessary equipment to build, test and mark your cables to your specifications.
